本实验以52只家兔为对象,采用后肢接振法,分为五组分别接触不同的振动剂量60天(其中包括一个对照组,除不接振外其他条件与实验组相同)。使用丹麦产Neuromatic2000C型诱发电位仪来观察实验前、实验后15天、30天和60天短潜伏时躯体感觉诱发电位的变化。实验结果发现,家兔接振后P1波潜伏时较对照组明显延长,各波峰间值也有一定的变化。表明局部振动可引起中枢神经传导的障碍。在研究振动性中枢神经系统损害时,短潜伏时躯体感觉诱发电位的检查值得重视
In this study, 52 rabbits were used as the object, and the hindlimb vibration method was used. They were divided into five groups and exposed to different vibrational doses for 60 days (including one control group, the same conditions except the experimental group). The Danish Neuromatic 2000C evoked potentiometer was used to observe changes of somatosensory evoked potentials during short latency at 15 days, 30 days and 60 days after the experiment. The experimental results showed that the amplitude of P1 wave in rabbits was significantly longer than that of the control group after vibration, and the amplitude of each peak was also changed. It indicates that local vibration can cause central nervous conduction disorder.
