42-160柴油机自投产以来,机件强度方面的故障发生较多,致使对使用该机的舰艇在航率产生不小的影响,故障以连杆断裂为多见,其中尤以付连杆为甚。为提高连杆质量,生产厂及有关单位均作了很大努力,迄今在材料、工艺、设计及使用等方面已有了不少研究与改进。本文只就付连杆强度评价方面作一补充。用有限元法进行平面问题的强度计算,求得近似数值解,其精确性及使用的灵活性,国内外均已有定评。本文主要介绍这一方法在本课题中的具体运用,并对计算结果进行分析,进一少探讨强度情况。
Since the 42-160 diesel engine put into operation, the mechanical strength of the fault occurred more, resulting in the use of the aircraft ships have a significant impact on the line rate, the fault to link fracture is more common, especially in connection with the link very. In order to improve the quality of the connecting rod, both the production plant and the relevant units have made great efforts. So far, there have been many researches and improvements in material, technology, design and use. This article only on the link strength evaluation make a supplement. Finite element method is used to calculate the intensity of plane problem, approximate numerical solution is obtained, its accuracy and flexibility of use have been evaluated at home and abroad. This article mainly introduces the specific application of this method in this subject, and analyzes the calculation results, and discusses the intensity situation with a little less.
