严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)病死率较高已引起关注。现将我院 12例死亡病例报道如下。临床资料　 12例SARS患者均为重症病例。其中男 9例 ,女 3例。年龄 48～ 79岁。均有密切接触史 (有传染他人或被他人传染的流行病学依据 )。从发病到死亡 4～ 3 4天 ,平均 ( 18± 9)天。患者均 Serious cases of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) mortality have drawn attention.
