目的:优化枳术颗粒的提取工艺条件。方法:采用Box-Behnken效应面分析法,在单因素试验基础上,以辛弗林提取率为指标,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对枳术颗粒提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取条件为称取处方量药材,加490 mL水煎煮3次,每次115 min,辛弗林提取率达90.57%。结论:Box-Behnken法适用于枳术颗粒提取工艺的优选,建立的数学模型预测值与实验观察值相符。
Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of Zhizhu granule. Methods: The Box-Behnken effect surface analysis method was used to study the effects of water addition, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction of Zhizhu granule based on the single factor test and the synephrine extraction rate. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the prescription herbs were weighed, and 490 mL water was decocted three times for 115 min each time. The extraction rate of synephrine was 90.57%. Conclusion: The Box-Behnken method is suitable for the optimization of the extraction technology of Zhizhu granule. The established mathematical model is in good agreement with the experimental observation.
