数控机床电机转速控制系统是保证数控机床有效运行的根本,主要功能是通过外部电子电路代替传统的机械电子刷进行节能化运行。节能化的运行方式,一般都与传统的电机与换向器之间产生一定的影响。节能化的设计方式一般情况下都是体积小,调速性能好,输出的效率比较高,节能效果好,是一种值得推广的节能化方式。本文主要研究数控机床电机转速控制系统节能化的设计,供读者参考。
CNC machine tool motor speed control system is to ensure the effective operation of CNC machine tools at the fundamental, the main function is to replace the traditional external electronic electronic mechanical brush for energy-saving operation.
