每一个从事武学研究的人都会不断定出完善自己的目标。如同大多数人一样,你的目标可能也会包含增加出拳力度。其含义是显而易见的:这样,你会在赛场上有更高的得分,或者在街头能更有效地保护自己。出拳有力的关键在于集中力道,提高速度,增加准确性。要想将全身力气集中于一点需要长期反复地磨练,而且进展不是很显著;但提高速度和增强准确性却可以通过规范动作和严格的训练来达到。为此,本文将介绍如下四种训练方法,并解释它们之所以适合那些力求完美的人们的原因。
Everyone engaged in martial arts research will constantly set goals for improvement. Like most people, your goal may also include increased punch. The implication is obvious: in this way you will have a higher score on the field or you will be able to protect yourself more effectively in the street. The key to a strong punch is to concentrate, improve speed and increase accuracy. Concentrating on one thing at a time will require long-term and repeated training, and the progress is not significant; but increasing speed and improving accuracy can be achieved through standard actions and rigorous training. To this end, this article will introduce the following four training methods, and explain why they are suitable for those who strive for perfection reasons.
