双城县韩甸公社红城管理区,两年来,在公共财产管理方面创造了丰富的经验;成为全县人民公社财产管理的一面红旗。各队都做到了粮有仓,物有库,牲畜有棚;仓库装的满满蛩登,物品陈列的井井有条;库内实现了四无(无鼠、无虫、无雀、无霉烂),各种农具、铁器干净光亮,一条麻袋使用很长时间,使废品变成品;勤俭光荣,浪费可耻,已经形成了风气;干部熟悉了财产管理工作,开始学会了精打细算;做到了最大的节约,保证了生产。1959年全区生产费开支占总收入17%,是全公社16个管理区中开支最少的。小农具购置与生产杂支开支比1958年减少32.9%。
