近两年来,随着深圳经济特区的发展,一个前所未有的深圳到内地投资热正在改革开放的热潮中兴起。特区一些有实力的企业和有眼光的企业家返回内地办企一业,有的到内地办出口商品生产基地,采取内地—特区—海外的新模式开拓经营。这些企业以其市场信息灵通、管理先进,具有一定技术实力的优势进军内地,把特区的优势转化为内地的优势,这种现象被人们称之为“特区优势回流”。
In the recent two years, with the development of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, an unprecedented investment heat from Shenzhen to the Mainland is emerging in the boom of reform and opening up. Some powerful enterprises and visionary entrepreneurs in the SAR returned to the Mainland to run their own businesses. Some went to the Mainland to set up export-oriented commodity production bases and opened up new modes of operation in the Mainland - the SAR - overseas. These enterprises have entered the hinterland with the advantages of marketable information, advanced management and certain technical capabilities. They have turned the advantages of the SAR into the advantages of the Mainland. This phenomenon has been called “the return of the advantages of the SAR.”
