目的 比较咪达普利和贝那普利治疗 1~ 2级高血压病的降压疗效和咳嗽发生率。方法 采用随机、双盲、双模拟、交叉对照法 ,1~ 2级高血压病患者经安慰剂治疗 2周 ,血压符合入选标准者 ,随机分为二组。分别给予咪达普利 5mg每日 1次或贝那普利 10mg每日 1次 ,第 3周末 ,如舒张压≥ 90mmHg(1mmHg =0 133kPa)则剂量加倍。第 7周末 2组交叉 ,咪达普利组改服贝那普利 ,贝那普利组改服咪达普利 ,继续治疗 6周。观察两组降压疗效及咳嗽发生率。结果 试验Ⅰ期(交叉前 )与试验Ⅱ期 (交叉后 )咪达普利和贝那普利组血压显著下降 ,治疗前后均有显著差异 ,P <0 0 1,但二组之间无显著性差异。Ⅰ期咪达普利组咳嗽发生率为 14 5 % ,贝那普利组为 2 4 6 % ,Ⅱ期咪达普利组为 16 9% ,贝那普利组为 2 3 0 % ,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期二组差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5。结论 咪达普利和贝那普利均具有良好的降压效果 ,二组降压效果相似 ,咪达普利的咳嗽发生率明显低于贝那普利。
Objective To compare the antihypertensive efficacy and the incidence of cough in patients treated with imidapril and benazepril for patients with grade 1 to 2 hypertension. Methods A randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, cross-control study was performed. Patients with grade 1 or 2 hypertension were treated with placebo for 2 weeks. Blood pressure met the inclusion criteria and were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were given imidapril 5mg once daily or benazepril 10mg daily, and doubled the third weekend when the diastolic blood pressure was more than 90mmHg (1mmHg = 0 133kPa). At the end of the 7th weekend, two groups were crossed with benazepril in the Imidapril group and Ipapril in the benazepril group for 6 weeks. Antihypertensive efficacy and the incidence of cough were observed in both groups. Results The blood pressure was significantly decreased in the first (pre-crossover) and second experimental (post-crossover) sessions in both experimental and group treated with imidapril and benazepril, with significant differences before and after treatment (P <0.01), but no significant difference between the two groups difference. The incidence of cough in stage I idapril was 145%, in benazepril group was 246%, in stage II was 155% in imidapril group, and in 230% in benazepril group I The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Imidapril and benazepril both have good antihypertensive effects. The antihypertensive effects of the two groups are similar, and the incidence of cough in imidapril is lower than that in benazepril.
