为了比较光纤激光及CO2激光焊接特性,采用2 kW光纤激光器及2.4 kW CO2激光器对590 MPa高强钢板进行焊接试验,通过改变离焦量及焊接速度等焊接参数,研究了两种焊接方法的熔深变化情况。结果表明,当焊接速度和输出功率相同时,光纤激光与CO2激光焊接相比可获得更大的熔深;在负离焦条件下,离焦量在焦深以内时可使熔深增大;功率一定时,熔深随着焊接速度的增加而减小,但是CO2激光焊接的熔深减小比率大于光纤激光焊接。
