由德国诺曼基金会、SCOPE(国际科联环境问题科学委员会)CHINA环境与经济工作组联合发起,并由德国诺曼基金会赞助的“中国乡镇企业环境影响经济分析”研讨会于1995年12月15日在华都饭店涵碧举行。此次研讨会旨在促进中国乡镇企业环境影响经济分析理论与方法的研究与应用。来自中国科学院、中国社会科学院、北京大学、中国人民大学、北京科技大学、国家环保局以及德国诺曼基金会、联合国开发计划署驻华代表处的专家、学者、官员20多人参加了研讨会。
The seminar, “Economic Analysis of Environmental Impact of Chinese Township and Village Enterprises” jointly sponsored by the Norman Foundation in Germany and the SCOPE CHINA Environmental and Economic Task Force and sponsored by the German Norman Foundation, was held in 1995.12 On the 15th at Hua Du Hotel Hanbi held. The symposium aims to promote the research and application of theories and methods of economic analysis of the environmental impact of township enterprises in China. More than 20 experts, scholars and officials from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, Renmin University of China, Beijing University of Science and Technology, the State Environmental Protection Administration, the German Norman Foundation and the UNDP representative office in China attended the seminar .
