The Australian Navy and the United States jointly developed a successful active missile decoy called Nulka. This is a defensive system that can induce anti-ship missiles to fly away from the ship it is about to attack. It is also a rocket equipped with electronic warfare equipment that has a traveling wave tube and circling. Bait length 2m, fixed on the deck by a dedicated four launchers fired. When the ship detection system found that the threat missile has been locked and attacked the ship, the decoy that is firing fired. When anti-ship missiles approach, the bait flies off the ship along a programmable flight orbit similar to the ship’s track and simulates the ship’s thermal radiation, radio and radar signals by transmitting signals
