目的 :探讨中低位直肠癌非吻合器吻合保肛手术方法的效果。方法 :采用结直肠肛门外低位手法吻合的方法 ,对 146例中低位直肠癌行保肛手术 ,直肠肿瘤远端及其系膜的切除范围为 3～ 6 cm。结果 :手术成功 145例 ,并发吻合口瘘 11例 ,仅 1例行肠造口 ;2年内复发和转移 13例 ,其中吻合口复发 2例 ;术后肛门对成形粪便控制力良好 ,无大便完全失禁者。结论 :肛门外结直肠低位手法吻合是中低位直肠癌行保肛手术既可靠又经济的方法
Objective : To explore the effect of anastomotic sphincter preserving operation for middle and low rectal cancer. Methods : Anal sphincterotomy was performed in 146 patients with low rectal cancer. The resection range of the rectal tumor and its mesentery was 3-6 cm. RESULTS: One hundred and forty-five cases were successfully operated, 11 cases complicated anastomotic fistula, only 1 case had intestinal stoma; 13 cases relapsed and metastasized within 2 years, including 2 cases of anastomotic recurrence; postoperative anus had good control of forming feces and no stool was complete. Incontinence. Conclusion: Anal external low-level colorectal anastomosis is a reliable and economical method for sphincter preserving operation in low and middle rectal cancer.
