一、概况:天津市的劳资协商会议自去年十一月产生,到现在已发展成正式协商会议者四十一户,其中工业三十六户,商业五户。其它之协商组织者如劳资座谈会、劳资检讨会、厂务会、业务会等三十户。劳资协商会议多数建立在大、中型工厂商店中,一种是在发历生产基础上建立起来的;一种是在解决困难下建立起来的,其成立时间大部在中央劳动部公布“在私营企业中建立劳资协商会议的指示”以后。其中五十人以上者二十八户;五十人以下者十三户。
