2007年中央“一号文件”明确提出“健康养殖直接关系人民群众的生命安全。转变养殖观念,调整养殖方式,做大做强畜牧产业”。加强和规范兽药行业的流通环节是保证健康养殖的重要方面,为了保证畜禽养殖科学规范用药,推进健康养殖,保障动物用药安全,保障动物产品安全,进一步推动我国兽药行业健康可持续发展,农业部于2007年2月审议通过了《兽用生物制品经营管理办法》,2007年3月28日正式公布,于2007年5月1日起施行。为了进一步倡导和强化兽药行业的规范化经营,2007年5月12日￣13日,中国动物保健品协会在南京白鹭宾馆举行了2007中国动物保健品市场营销论坛。论坛旨在以实际行动关注兽药GSP的实行,努力为全面实施GSP鼓与呼。本专题特为此次活动以及相关背景作一全记录,以飨读者。
