为研究围隔系统内放养密度对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)生长性能和养殖水体水质的影响,将放养密度设计为0(D0)、40(D1)、50(D2)、60(D3)、70(D4)尾/m3,试验持续24天,每3天测定一次水质指标,试验结束后测定各组黄颡鱼的生长性能指标。试验结果显示,随着放养密度的增加,黄颡鱼的终末体重、增重率和特定生长率减小。黄颡鱼的终末体重、增重率和特定生长率在D1、D2、D3之间呈显著性差异(P<0.05),黄颡鱼的肥满度D1、D2组大于D3、D4组且差异显著(P<0.05)。放养密度对水体中亚硝态氮含量的影响显著(P<0.05),随着放养密度的增加,亚硝态氮含量升高,对总氮和硝态氮含量的影响不显著(P>0.05)。从试验开始到第18天,水体中氨态氮含量相对稳定,维持在较低水平,第21、24天水体中氨态氮含量显著增加。总磷和磷酸盐磷含量在试验期间都在一定范围内波动。放养密度对总磷和磷酸盐磷含量变化的相关性不显著。放养密度的增加会降低黄颡鱼的生长速度,水体中亚硝态氮也会增加导致水质恶化。
In order to study the effects of stocking density in enclosure system on the growth performance and water quality of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, stocking densities were designed as 0 (D0), 40 (D1), 50 (D2), 60 (D3) 70 (D4) tail / m3, the test lasted 24 days, measured once every three days water quality indicators, the test after the end of each group of yellow catfish growth performance indicators. With the increase of stocking density, the content of nitrite nitrogen increased, but the content of total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen had no significant difference (P> 0.05 ). From the beginning of the experiment to the 18th day, the ammonia nitrogen content in the water body was relatively stable, maintained at a relatively low level, and the ammonia nitrogen content in the water bodies increased significantly on the 21st and 24th days. Total phosphorus and phosphate phosphorus content fluctuated within a certain range during the test. The correlation between stocking density and total phosphorus and phosphate phosphorus content was not significant. Increased stocking density will reduce the growth rate of catfish, nitrite nitrogen in water will increase lead to deterioration of water quality.
