我公司一台PPM正面吊,在使用过程中出现转向桥右侧轮胎严重摆动的现象。拆卸后发现压力轴承损坏,转向桥上轴承孔严重变形,下端孔磨损了1~5 mm。磨损后的孔无法正常配合使用,如果不及时修复将会导致转向桥报废。该机自重50 t,转向桥重2 t,若没有专用设备拆卸将非常困难,使被磨损孔的修复成为一道难题。经过多年的实践,我们探索出一条比较实用且有效的修复方法。
