为合理开发显齿蛇葡萄 ,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定显齿蛇葡萄植株中二氢杨梅素的含量 .其最佳检测条件为色谱柱为Nova PakC18不锈钢柱 ,检测波长为 2 94nm ,用甲醇—水 (体积比 2 4∶76 )为流动相 .方法的变异系数为 1.12 5 % ,平均回收率为 95 .0 3% ,最低检测量为 10ng .湖南显齿蛇葡萄中不同部位的二氢杨梅素含量 在 11.87%~ 4 0 .6 6 %之间
In order to rationally develop Dioscorea nipponica grapes, the content of dihydromyricetin was determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography.The optimum conditions for the determination were Nova PakC18 stainless steel column with a detection wavelength of 2 94nm, The mobile phase was methanol-water (volume ratio 2: 4: 76) with the coefficient of variation of 1.12 5%, the average recovery of 95.0% and the minimum detectable concentration of 10ng.
