近年来,我国房价居高不下,促进房价合理回归成为房地产调控的重要目标。在这个问题上,本文主要通过在限购,保障房建设,差别化信贷三个问题上的分析来寻找解决路径。要促进房价合理回归并不能一蹴而就,制定和我国国情相适应的阶段性回归标准将具有重要的意义。
