目的研究并分析对耳鼻喉科患儿使用人性化护理管理的效果。方法收集耳鼻喉科患儿共112例,根据随机分配方案将其分为对照组(56例)和观察组(56例),对照组接受常规护理,观察组联合人性化护理管理,将两组疼痛情况、平均住院时间及住院费用进行观察和对比。结果观察组的疼痛情况与对照组相比,差异显著;就平均住院时间而言,观察组显著短于对照组;而在平均住院费用方面,观察组显著低于对照组,P均<0.05。结论在耳鼻喉科患儿的护理过程中,人性化护理管理能够显著降低患儿的疼痛感,并缩短住院时间,降低治疗费用,使患儿及其家庭更加受益,值得推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of humanized nursing management in children with otolaryngology. Methods A total of 112 children with otolaryngology were collected and divided into control group (56 cases) and observation group (56 cases) according to the random distribution plan. The control group received routine nursing and observation group combined with humanized nursing management. Two groups Pain, the average length of stay and hospitalization costs were observed and compared. Results The pain in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group. The mean length of stay was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group. In the average hospitalization rate, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions During the nursing process of otolaryngology, humanized nursing management can significantly reduce the pain of children, shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the cost of treatment, so that children and their families can benefit more. It is worth popularizing and applying.
