结合抽水蓄能电站的设计和施工,为准确选用适当的水库库底防渗材料,通过对土工膜、钢筋混凝土面板和沥青混凝土面板三种材料的经济性、环境效益和社会效用的分析,构建了抽水蓄能电站防渗材料综合评价指标体系,采用粗糙集与支持向量机综合评价方法对泰安抽水蓄能电站进行实证分析,研究结果表明该模型效果良好,方法实用可行。
Combined with the design and construction of pumped storage power station, in order to accurately select the appropriate reservoir bottom impermeable material, through the analysis of the economic, environmental and social benefits of geomembrane, reinforced concrete panels and asphalt concrete panels, The comprehensive evaluation index system of impermeable material for pumped storage power station is established, and the comprehensive evaluation method of rough set and support vector machine is used to empirically analyze the Tai’an pumped storage power station. The results show that the model is effective and the method is feasible.
