应用热动力学1.5级反应的时间变量法,在20℃和30℃下研究了表面活性剂复配混合胶束溶液中,以NaHSO3为单组分引发剂的丙烯酰胺聚合反应.结果表明,阳、阴与两性离子表面活性剂复配混合胶束体系(CTAB/LSS,TTAB/LSS,SDS/LSS)对聚合反应有明显的催化作用,非与阳离子表面活性剂复配混合胶束体系(Brij35/CTAB,Brij35/TTAB,Brij35/DTAB)对该反应有小的催化作用,Brij35/SDS混合胶束体系对反应有禁阻作用.这些作用是由于表面活性剂胶束的Stern层影响了引发剂HSO-3生成自由基的反应.
The thermodynamic 1.5-step reaction time-varying method was used to study the acrylamide polymerization with NaHSO3 as a one-component initiator in the surfactant mixed micellar solution at 20 ℃ and 30 ℃. The results showed that the mixed micellar system (CTAB / LSS, TTAB / LSS, SDS / LSS) with cationic, anionic and zwitterionic surfactants could obviously catalyze the polymerization. Brij35 / CTAB, Brij35 / TTAB, Brij35 / DTAB had a small catalytic effect on the reaction, Brij35 / SDS mixed micelles system had a blocking effect on the reaction. These effects are due to the influence of the Stern layer of the surfactant micelles on the radical-generating reaction of the initiator HSO-3.
