对集材-50型拖拉机的大平衡轴前、后支座经常发生的断裂破坏,进行了力学分析和强度计算;查出大平衡轴支座原设计强度不足,提出了大平衡轴支座的改进设计.改进后可提高该支座的设计强度和可靠性,降低该支座的故障率.
The mechanical analysis and strength calculation were carried out on the rupture failure of the front and rear bearings of the large balance shaft of the skidding -50 tractor. The original design strength of the large balance shaft was found to be insufficient. Improved Design. Improved to improve the design strength and reliability of the bearing, reduce the failure rate of the bearing.
