Al-Li 合金(含锂2~4%)将像锂电池一样是锂的大市场之一。欧美在民用飞机上采用 Al-Li 合金。日本官民结合共同开发 Al-Li 合金,以实现汽车、新干线高速火车等运输机械轻量化。欧洲空中客车公司计划在A33D 和 A340上大量使用 Al-Li 合金。美国铝业公司将2029Al-Li 合金薄板、厚板用于一部分机翼上,一架飞机的使用量可达650Kg。波音公司777客机已进入设计最终阶段,预定第一架将于1995年5月移交给美国联合航空公司,该机将使用 Al-Li 合金。
Al-Li alloys (2 to 4% lithium) will be one of the big markets for lithium like lithium batteries. Europe and the United States in the civilian aircraft using Al-Li alloy. Japanese officials and civilians jointly developed Al-Li alloy, in order to realize the lightweight transportation vehicles such as automobiles and Shinkansen high-speed trains. European Airbus plans to make heavy use of Al-Li alloys on the A33D and A340. Alcoa used 2029Al-Li alloy sheets and slabs on a portion of its wings, with an aircraft using up to 650Kg. Boeing 777 passenger aircraft have entered the final design stage, the first scheduled to be delivered in May 1995 to United Airlines, the aircraft will use Al-Li alloy.
