通过从理论上阐述企业标准体系与质量体系的异同、相互关系及其如何实施，得出了二者的内涵、对象、范围、依据和表达方式不同，而目的、科学性与系统性相同的结论。在实施中，要将原标准体系进行修订或重新建立；标准体系中有关质量的部分应满足质量体系的需要；两体系的重叠部分属质量体系范畴，未重叠部分属标准体系范畴；建立两个体系要抓住提高认识，领导重视，书面材料符合要求，结合实际并落到实处有效运行等四个关键。
By expounding the similarities and differences between enterprise standard system and quality system, and how to implement it, we can draw the conclusion that the connotation, object, scope, basis and expression of the two are different from each other, while the purpose, science and system are the same .
