健美操运动是以人体为对象、以健美为目的并且柔和了音乐、舞蹈和锻炼为一体的体育运动,它不仅能够改善人们的身体素质、塑造优美匀称的形体,还能够在长期的锻炼中提高人的心理素质,培养优秀的人格和良好的性格。当代大学生一部分追求美,于是竭尽全力去减肥,但是减肥的方法和方式存在很大的盲目性,缺乏科学的指导;一部分学生长期缺乏体育锻炼,因此身体素质每况愈下;还有一部分学生性格腼腆,不爱与人交际,在长期的校园生活中把自己“囚禁”在寝室,足不出户。对于这几类学生来说,如果长期下去的话必然会对他们的身心都造成恶劣的影响。本文旨在分析健美操运动对于大学生在身体和心理上带来的积极影响,希望能够吸引更多的大学生投身到这项运动中来,改善自己的身心大环境,以一个良好的状态做新时代的接班人。
