1942年萨瓦林斯基提出的多年调节水库蓄水保证率曲线的方法,已被广泛应用于水库多年调节计算,目前,已经有不少根据萨瓦林斯基方法绘制的蓄水保证率曲线线解图。(如文献[1]),可直接查用。但是,这些线解图是在年径流服从P—Ⅲ(以下均为P—Ⅲ)型且C_S=2 Cv的概率分布下得出的。当Cs≠2 Cv时,就不能直接查用这些线解图。为了使这些线解图在Cs≠2 Cv时也能应用,下面导出一种变换方法。由文献可知,水库蓄水保证率曲线既可采用萨瓦林斯基方法,也可采用水库
