在牙周再附着问题上,进行了许多应用柠檬酸的研究,但人们很少注意到它的抗菌作用。用于根面的柠檬酸,其pH值低(pH1),而具有抗菌作用。由于牙骨质与细菌及其产物结合在一起,故病变累及的牙骨质是有毒素的。因此,柠檬酸对根面菌斑的抗菌作用具有临床价值。作者的研究就是验证柠檬酸治疗牙周病根面病变的抗菌效果。在室温下,将纯拧檬酸加入蒸馏水中,待其饱和后,用过滤纸过滤,制成柠檬酸液(pH1)。采标本:应用20颗牙周袋为5mm以上的牙。拔牙时不要损伤邻接面的根面,拔除后用0.85%的无菌盐水轻轻冲洗。用无菌金属丝从每个牙齿近中和远中根面取菌斑标本,用0.5ml心脑浸液肉汤稀释标本后,用无菌玻璃棒将其均匀地接种在血—琼脂平皿中,
In the issue of periodontal reattachment, many studies have been conducted using citric acid, but little attention has been given to its antimicrobial effect. Citric acid for the root surface, its low pH (pH1), and has antibacterial effect. As the cementum and bacteria and their products together, so lesions involving the cementum is toxic. Therefore, the antibacterial effect of citric acid on the root plaque has clinical value. The author's study is to verify the antimicrobial effect of citric acid in the treatment of periodontal root lesions. Pure citric acid was added to distilled water at room temperature. After it was saturated, it was filtered through filter paper to make a citric acid solution (pH 1). Sampling: The application of 20 periodontal pocket for more than 5mm teeth. Do not damage the abutment surface when extracting teeth, after removal, gently rinse with 0.85% sterile saline. Plaque samples were taken from each tooth near and in the middle root with a sterile wire. The specimens were diluted with 0.5 ml heart infusion broth and homogenously inoculated on a blood-agar plate with a sterile glass rod.
