引言 在用冲裁凸模和凹模对板料进行普通落料和冲孔时,在落料或冲孔工件的冲切面上总是有毛刺。其毛刺的高度主要受工件材料的强度和厚度、冲裁间隙的大小以及模具工作零件的状态(磨损情况)等因素影响。 通过改善上述影响因素可以将毛刺高度限制到巳知的最小值。但是不可能用普通冲裁方法冲制出完全没有毛刺的工件。为此,总是需要对冲件进行去毛刺加工而需要附加的生产费用。
Introduction Punching punches and dies are used for blanking and punching sheets normally. There is always a burr on the blanking surface of a blanking or punching workpiece. The height of its burr is mainly affected by the strength and thickness of the workpiece material, the size of the blanking gap and the status of the working parts of the mold (wear) and other factors. The burr height can be limited to a known minimum by improving the above factors. However, it is not possible to punch a completely glitch-free workpiece with normal blanking. For this reason, it is always necessary to deburr the blanking and to require additional production costs.
