通过多次试验发现,角焊缝的根部很容易出现气孔。尽管焊条干燥、母材清洁、电弧稳定、焊接规范正常,往往都不能避免这类气孔。这种在角焊缝根部的气孔,使本来应力就比较集中的焊缝根部应力更集中。因此,这种气孔比分布在焊缝内部的气孔危害性要大。焊缝根部气孔出现的客观原因可能有以下两个:(1)焊接时,焊接熔池的背面得不到电弧气氛的保护,空气通过母材搭接处的缝隙侵入熔池;
