针对B1060A单臂刨床能耗高、可靠性差、故障率高、线路复杂等问题,对该机床电气控制系统进行全面改进设计。取消原发电机组及扩大机,代之以全数字直流调速装置欧陆AD590+对主电动机调速;以德国西门子S7-200PLC为控制核心,取代原继电器-接触器控制。根据AD590+直流调速装置、西门子S7-200 PLC的特点及控制要求,提出具体改造措施。改造中,画出单臂刨床新的电气控制框图,并设计出具体的AD590+直流调速装置接线图及PLC控制程序,应用于实际的B1060A单臂刨床。改造后,系统节电效果显著,可靠性提高,调速范围增大了十倍,稳定精度大大提高,改造效果显著。
For the B1060A single-arm planer energy consumption, poor reliability, high failure rate, line complexity and other issues, the machine electrical control system to conduct a comprehensive improvement of the design. Cancel the original generator set and expansion machine, replace it with all-digital DC speed control device Continental AD590 + to the main motor speed control; take German Siemens S7-200PLC as the control core, replace the original relay-contactor control. According to AD590 + DC speed control device, Siemens S7-200 PLC characteristics and control requirements, put forward specific transformation measures. In the transformation, we draw out a new electrical control block diagram of single arm planer and design the wiring diagram of AD590 + DC converter and the PLC control program, which are applied to the actual B1060A single arm planer. After transformation, the system has significant energy-saving effect, improved reliability, speed range increased by ten times, stability and accuracy greatly improved, the transformation effect is remarkable.
