通过连续驱动摩擦焊的方法,分别采用强、弱两种规范对E-35NCD16结构钢环形工件进行对接焊,对焊接接头显微组织进行了观察,并对接头拉伸、弯曲、冲击等力学性能进行了检测。结果表明,两种工艺规范下接头区域没有发现气孔、裂纹等明显缺陷,弱规范的接头热影响区较强规范宽,强规范接头飞边明显大于弱规范接头;强、弱规范接头各区金相组织无明显差别,熔合区及过热区均为中碳马氏体,正火区组织为细小的回火索氏体,不完全正火区为马氏体+回火索氏体的不均匀组织;工艺参数对于接头力学性能影响不大,接头力学性能容易得到稳定的控制。
