巡课制度是在推行精细化管理的过程中形成的一种管理手段,在学校推行精细化管理,特别是课堂精细化管理中发挥了巨大作用。在实践中,各学校对巡课内容的规定和要求不尽相同,综合起来,大致包括三个方面:一是巡教师,看教师是否按照课表上课、是否提前侯课、是否脱岗、是否放任学生自流、是否在课堂上抽烟、是否接听手机、是否不备课上课、是否提前下课或拖课等;二是巡学生,看学生到班情况、有无上课睡觉或做与上课无关的事、有无起哄捣乱等行为;三是巡环境,看教室小环境的卫生整洁情况、门窗通风情况、班级文化建设情况等。
