目的:通过监测抗肿瘤药物配置中心尘埃粒子数量、沉降菌数量及空气中药物(氟尿嘧啶)的浓度,考察配置中心内的空气质量。为制定更严格的防护措施及管理制度,保证输液质量及用药安全提供数据支持。方法:按GMP文件相关要求,对尘埃粒子及沉降菌进行检测;以氟尿嘧啶注射液作为样本,检测在工作不同时段及配置中心不同区域空气中氟尿嘧啶的浓度。结果:尘埃粒子及沉降菌的检测结果符合GMP要求;配置中心内所采集的空气样本检测出氟尿嘧啶。结论:不断改进配置中心的管理及防护技术,从多方面着手健全防护管理体系,加强环保和职业防护教育,避免药物对医护人员的伤害。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the air quality in the center by monitoring the number of dust particles, the number of sedimentation bacteria and the concentration of drug in the air (fluorouracil) in the anticancer drug center. For the development of more stringent protective measures and management systems, to ensure the quality of infusion and drug safety data support. Methods: According to the requirements of GMP documents, the dust particles and sedimentation bacteria were detected. Fluorouracil injection was used as a sample to detect the concentration of fluorouracil in air at different working time and in different areas. Results: The results of dust particles and sedimentation bacteria met GMP requirements; fluorouracil was detected in the air samples collected in the center. Conclusion: We will continue to improve the management and protection technologies of the configuration center and start to improve the protection and management system in various aspects, strengthen education on environmental protection and occupational protection, and prevent the harm caused by drugs to medical and nursing staff.
