特高含水期油田开发的可行性研究

孤东采油厂自 1 986年全面投入开发以来 ,由于长期高速开发 ,出现了储采矛盾突出 ,停产停注井增多 ,平面压力不均衡 ,油水分布复杂等问题 ,已进入特高含水开发阶段。该油田目前仍存在老区新井 ,老井补孔 ,停产停注井扶井 ,有效提液 ,层间层内以及三次采油等潜力 ,利用老区“控水稳油”综合治理 ,新技术开发等手段 ,并根据储层和剩余油分布的各项异性和不规则性进行优化部署 ,采用点状、扇状等不规则矢量井网 ,分砂体建立开采井网。先后钻新井 1 2口 ,增加动用储量 97〔1 0 4 t,储量动用程度达到94 4 %。新井投产后 ,单井能力 6 5t/d ,高于区块平均能力 4 0t/d ,综合含水 75 3 % ,低于区块平均含水 94 2 % ,使高速开发油田走上良性循环的轨道。 Since Gudong Oil Production Plant was fully developed in 1986, due to the long-term high-speed development, some problems such as prominent contradiction between storage and production, increase in shutdown stoppages, unbalanced plane pressure and complicated oil and water distribution have entered the development stage of the ultra-high water-cut. By using the methods of “controlling water and stabilizing oil” comprehensively and developing new technologies in the old area, And optimize the deployment based on the anisotropy and irregularity of the reservoir and residual oil distribution. The irregular well pattern of points and fans is used to establish the well pattern of sub-sand body. A total of 12 wells were drilled in succession. The reserve for utilization increased 97 [104 days], and the utilization rate of reserves reached 94.4%. After the new well was put into operation, the single well capacity was 65t / d, higher than the average capacity of the block of 40t / d, 753% of the combined water content, and 94.2% lower than the average water content of the block, thus allowing the high-speed development oilfield to embark on a virtuous circle.
