目前,耐火纤维已在工业炉上被广泛的加以应用。被大多数专家所一致肯定的应用方法为:一,粘贴式(贴面型);二,铆固式(全衬型)。但是若将耐火纤维作为填料使用,还有些争议。争论的主要焦点是:认为作填料使用是大材小用,在经济上是否合算?这样应用是降低了耐火纤维的使用价值等等。对于这一问题,应该根据实际应用的效果来回答,也就是必须根据炉子的工作温度、炉型结构、操作水平、零件形状、工艺特性等情况来决定。
At present, refractory fibers have been widely used in industrial furnaces. Most experts agree that the application methods are: First, paste type (veneer type); Second, riveting solid (full lining). However, if refractory fibers are used as fillers, there is some controversy. The main focus of the debate is: that the use of filler is overkill, economically cost-effective? This application is to reduce the use of refractory fibers and so on. For this issue, should be based on the actual application of the effect to answer, that is, must be based on the furnace temperature, furnace structure, level of operation, the shape of parts, process characteristics and other circumstances to decide.
