设计了一套静磁场下磁流变液微结构演化观测装置,装置采用奥林巴斯三目体视显微镜进行观测,经由高分辨率光学成像装置记录了磁流变液的微结构演化过程,实验分别研究了不同颗粒体积分数和外加磁感应强度下的磁流变液微结构变化,得到了一些有意义的结果.根据Li等建立的模型,从颗粒的相互作用出发,分析颗粒所受的磁力、接触时所受的排斥力和运动时的粘性阻力,模拟了二维状态下磁性颗粒的成链演化过程,得到了与实验观测比较吻合的结果.
A set of magnetorheological fluid microstructure evolution observation device was designed under static magnetic field. The device was observed by Olympus Trinocular Stereomicroscope. The microstructure evolution of MR fluid was recorded by high resolution optical imaging device. Experiments were carried out to study the microstructural changes of MRFs under different particle volume fractions and applied magnetic fluxes respectively, and some meaningful results were obtained.According to the model established by Li et al, starting from the interaction of particles, the magnetic force , The repulsive force on contact and the viscous resistance during exercise, simulate the evolution process of the magnetic particles in two-dimensional state. The results are in good agreement with the experimental observations.
