目的探讨对社区婴幼儿的家长实施新型健康教育对参与儿童保健活动的影响,为儿童保健工作的开展提供依据。方法随机选取本社区各有60名的婴幼儿及其家长,平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组婴幼儿家长仅通过社区中粘贴的宣传海报等方式接受健康教育,观察组婴幼儿家长通过社区讲座、健康知识手册等方式接受新型健康教育,对比分析两组婴幼儿家长对儿童保健知识的掌握情况以及参与儿童保健的情况。结果观察组婴幼儿家长对儿童保健知识的掌握情况明显好于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组婴幼儿家长对儿童保健的参与情况也优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型健康教育有利于提高社区婴幼儿家长对儿童保健的认识,从而提高其儿童保健的参与度,减少传染类疾病的发生,提高儿童的整体健康水平。
Objective To explore the impact of implementing new-type health education on the participation of children’s health care activities in parents of infants and young children in the community and provide the basis for the development of children’s health care. Methods Totally 60 infants and toddlers and their parents in this community were divided randomly into observation group and control group. The parents of infants and young children in the control group received health education only through posters and other posters pasted in the community. Parents of infants and young children in the observation group received new type of health education through community talks and health knowledge manuals. The parents’ Grasp the situation and participate in child health care. Results The parents of infants and young children in the observation group had a better grasp of children’s health knowledge than those in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Meanwhile, the participation of parents in infants and young children in childbearing care was better than that of children The control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The new type of health education is beneficial to raising the awareness of parents of infants and young children in community about child health, so as to improve their child health care participation, reduce the incidence of infectious diseases and improve the overall health of children.
