中学阶段是个体职业心理发展的一个重要时期,而开展中学生职业成熟度的研究可以增进对学生职业心理发展特点的了解,提高职业生涯辅导的针对性和有效性。因此,本研究采用《中学生职业成熟度问卷》对陕西省普通高中生开展调查,调查结果表明,高中生职业成熟度的总体水平不高,并且高中生职业成熟度在性别、家庭所在地、学习成绩状况、父母文化程度上存在差异。
The secondary stage is an important period for the development of individual career psychology. However, the study on the maturity of secondary school students can enhance the understanding of the characteristics of students’ career psychology and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of career counseling. Therefore, this study uses the “Middle School Students’ Occupational Maturity Questionnaire” to survey ordinary high school students in Shaanxi Province. The survey results show that the overall level of senior high school students’ career maturity is not high, and the high school students’ career maturity is based on gender, family location, academic record Situation, there are differences in the educational level of parents.
