针对钻削工艺特点,分析了轴向振动钻削的有限元动态特性。利用有限元分析软件DEFORM建立了轴向振动钻削的有限元数学模型,进行了动态仿真分析,同时,建立了相应的普通钻削系统的有限元模型,对两种加工过程中的切屑、轴向力与钻削扭矩等进行了比较。结果表明,与普通钻削相比,轴向振动钻削过程具有较好的断屑效果,轴向力小,钻削扭矩小。研究结果可对轴向振动钻削机理与特点的研究提供参考。
According to the characteristics of drilling technology, the finite element dynamic characteristics of axial vibration drilling are analyzed. The finite element model of axial vibration drilling is established by using finite element analysis software DEFORM, and the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out. At the same time, the finite element model of the ordinary drilling system is established. The two kinds of chips, Force and drilling torque were compared. The results show that compared with ordinary drilling, axial vibration drilling process has better chip breaking effect, axial force is small, drilling torque is small. The results can provide reference for the research on the mechanism and characteristics of axial vibration drilling.
