高职教育具有特殊性,唯有将知识、技能和道德素质教育有机结合,才能培养和造就适应时代需求,促进全面发展的优秀人才。本文在分析高职院校学生道德素质现状及原因的基础上,对学生道德素质教育价值取向进行了思考,提出要创新德育形式、促进人文教育与职业技能教育的融合、转变教育目的和价值观。 Higher vocational education is unique. Only by integrating knowledge, skills and moral quality education can we cultivate and bring up talented people who adapt to the needs of the times and promote all-round development. Based on the analysis of the status quo and reasons of the moral quality of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the value orientation of students’ moral quality education, proposes to innovate the forms of moral education, promote the integration of humanistic education and vocational skills education, and change the aims and values ​​of education.
