国内目前常采用 T10A 钢制作的φ4.2mm 冷冲头,由于采用传统的热处理工艺处理,其使用寿命一直偏低,一般只能冲几百次,主要失效方式为脆断。本文首先分析了碳工钢制的冷冲头的服役条件及失效原因,提出了本试验的基本出发点,同时本试验采用了不同于目前各文献中介绍的 T10A 的钢的选材,而选用了含碳量高于 T10A 的 T12A 钢,并采用了强韧化处理和合理操作,使 T12A 钢制冷冲头的使用寿命比采用T10A 钢制冷冲头的使用寿命提高到6000次以上。通过试验可以证明,采用 T12A 钢制冷冲头的可能性。
Domestic currently used T10A steel produced φ4.2mm cold punch, due to the use of traditional heat treatment process, its life has been low, generally only red hundreds of times, the main failure mode for brittle fracture. This paper first analyzes the service conditions and failure causes of cold stamping of carbon steel, puts forward the basic starting point of this test, and at the same time, this test uses the material of steel which is different from the T10A introduced in the current literature, T12A carbon higher than the T10A steel, and the use of toughening and rational operation, so T12A steel cold punch life than the use of T10A steel cold punch life to 6000 or more. Through the test can prove that the possibility of using T12A steel cold punch.
