CO_2气体保护焊接具有效率高,质量好成本低等许多优点。是我国近几年来在机械工业中重点推广的焊接新技术。目前,在生产中较为广泛使用的主要是细丝,粗丝使用的还不多。我厂试验用φ3~φ5毫米的08Mn2Si等四种成分的焊丝,进行了工艺性能和机械性能等多次试验,找出了焊丝成分对产生气孔的规律性以及对机械性能的影响等,在此基础上采用φ3毫米08Mn2Si焊丝的CO_2气体保护自动焊代替埋弧自动焊,焊接φ2200×6760毫米的水泥磨取得了一定成绩。在保证质量的前提下大幅度提高了劳动生产率,降低工人的劳动强度,它与埋弧自动焊相比较,提高效率4倍以上,节省两倍以上的焊丝和大量焊剂。目前,国内CO_2气体保护自动焊使用的导电咀全是整体结构,接触不好,焊接稳定性差,在试验过程中经过长期观察、实践、根据埋弧自动焊用的导电咀结构再结合台钻钻头的夹紧机构,设计制造出来装配式导电咀,它与整体式导电咀相比较,导电性能好,焊接过程稳定,使用寿命长,对今后推广粗丝CO_2气体保护自动焊能起到一定作用。
