本文讨论了日语专业的人才培养现状,指出了存在的问题:日语专业受外语工具论影响很深,导致课程中多以技能型训练为主,人文类课程很少,不利于人才的成长和发展。建议恢复其人文学科的本质,减少技能型课程,增加人文类课程,从知识、技能、能力和素养4个方面综合培养日语专业人才。不宜制定全国统一的教学大纲,不搞均质化教育,依据大学的性质,实施日语专业分流,提倡个性化的教育。
This article discusses the present situation of Japanese professional talented people training and points out the existing problems: Japanese majors are deeply influenced by the foreign language tool theory, which results in more skill-based training and less humanistic curriculum, which is not conducive to the growth and development of talented people. . It is suggested to restore the essence of its humanities, reduce skills-based curricula and increase humanities curricula so as to comprehensively train Japanese professionals in terms of knowledge, skills, abilities and literacy. Should not develop a unified national syllabus, do not engage in homogenization education, according to the nature of the university, the implementation of Japanese professional diversion, to promote personalized education.
