民族特色村寨是指少数民族人口相对聚居,且比例较高,生产生活功能较为完备,少数民族文化特征及其聚落特征明显的自然村或行政村。本文以贵州地扪人文生态博物馆为例,讨论了民族村寨保护的问题。认为村民是民族村寨不可缺失的保护主体,政府对民族村寨的保护有重要义务。 Ethnic characteristic villages and villages refer to the natural villages or administrative villages inhabited by ethnic minorities with relatively high proportions, complete production and life functions, ethnic minority cultural characteristics and obvious settlement characteristics. This article takes Guizhou Tiaitan Humanities and Ecology Museum as an example to discuss the protection of ethnic villages. It is considered that villagers are indispensable protectors of ethnic villages and the government has an important obligation to protect ethnic villages.
