我国的鞋楦生产一直不能满足制鞋工业的要求,为了支援轻纺工业,82年我厂为制鞋工业研制了XMF4440型鞋楦仿形铣床。围度放缩机构是该机床的关键部件,我们从原理上进行了分析与计算工作,批量生产证明,分析计算的结果与实际情况基本一致,不仅提高了机床的调整效率,而且节约了大量木材。围度放缩机构的放缩原理和调试方法如下:
