自动控制系统自六十年代在国际上开始应用以来,在冶金、电力、石油、化工、轻工等工业过程控制中获得迅猛的发展。聚氯乙烯的生产属于高科技产业,行业发展前景极为广阔。由于具备高科技的特征,促使其对生产设备、监控设备的质量、性能要求极为严格。DCS系统以其高可靠性的容错技术、统一的软硬件平台、技术的先进性及广泛的使用性等特点,已被大量的应用于各个行业的生产过程控制,取得了良好的控制效果。纵观我国PVC今后发展,市场上能赖以存在的将是那些生产规模大,生产控制水平高,产品质量稳定的企业。本着与时俱进的精神,我们把DCS(集散控制系统)引入PVC生产中,突破了国内技术生产PVC控制水平底的局面。本文将针对DCS在PVC生产过程控制中的应用进行进一步的研究与讨论。
Since the 1960s, the automatic control system has been applied internationally and has gained rapid development in industrial process control such as metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry and light industry. PVC production belongs to high-tech industries, the development of the industry is extremely broad. Due to its high-tech features, it has made it very strict on the quality and performance of production equipment and monitoring equipment. DCS system has been widely used in the control of production process in various industries with its high reliability of fault-tolerant technology, unified software and hardware platform, advanced technology and extensive usability, and achieved good control effects. Throughout the future development of China’s PVC, the market can rely on the existence of those large-scale production, high level of production control, product quality and stability of the enterprise. In the spirit of advancing with the times, we have introduced DCS (Distributed Control System) into the production of PVC, which has broken through the domestic PVC technology control level. This article will focus on the application of DCS in PVC production process control for further research and discussion.
