折衷主义,应该作为一个中性词汇来看,尤其是在看到折衷主义与我国立法之间的关系后。折衷主义与我国立法关系密切,一方面有中国人的民族性格的影响,同时,有着立法者对于价值的判断与选择。折衷主义在立法中作用的好坏取决于立法者的判断与选择。
Eclecticism should be viewed as a neutral term, especially after seeing the relationship between eclecticism and our national legislation. Eclecticism is closely related to our country’s legislation. On one hand, it has the influence of the Chinese nationality and at the same time has the legislator’s judgment and choice of value. The role of eclecticism in legislation depends on the legislator’s judgment and choice.
