某矿副井马头门处于深井高应力、大断面、极破碎岩层等复杂条件下围岩破坏比较严重。通过分析马头门围岩破坏原因之后,提出了锚网索喷+反底拱钢筋混凝土砌暄的联合支护方案。利用FLAC~(3D)对原支护方案和优化方案模拟并对比分析之后,决定采用锚-网-喷-索初次支护、双层钢筋砼二次支护方案修复副井马头门破坏段部分。现场监测表明:加固支护后,拱顶下沉量为16 mm,底鼓量为10mm,两帮移近量为12mm,硐室变形得到有效控制。
Ma Taumen mine auxiliary shaft in a deep well under high stress, large section, very broken rock and other complex conditions more serious damage to the surrounding rock. After analyzing the causes of the failure of the surrounding rock of Matoumen, a joint support scheme of anchor net spraying + anti-back-arch reinforced concrete masonry was proposed. After using FLAC 3D to simulate and compare the original support scheme and optimization scheme, it is decided to use anchor - net - spray - cable initial support and double reinforced concrete secondary support scheme to repair the damaged side of Ma Taumen section. The on-site monitoring shows that the settlement of the roof is 16 mm, the amount of bottom drum is 10 mm, and the amount of the two supports is 12 mm. The deformation of the chamber is effectively controlled.
