以总体性能而论,JF-17也许在世界上自上世纪八十年代以来研制的战机中,算不上优秀。但是,如果考虑期间经受的种种波折,甚至只是一个小国空军与一个大国航空企业之间的合作项目,JF-17最终能够在巴基斯坦服役成军,无疑称得上是一个奇迹。而且与该机服役带来的战斗力提升相比,巴基斯坦更是得到了一个非常难得的建立完备航空研发制造体系的机会。相比邻国印度花费二十余年仍未能令人满意的LCA,JF-17是幸运的。
In terms of overall performance, the JF-17 may not be outstanding in the world of fighters developed since the 1980s. However, taking into account the various twists and turns during the trip and even the cooperation between a small Air Force and a large aviation enterprise, the JF-17 will eventually become a military admirer in Pakistan. It is undoubtedly a miracle. In addition, Pakistan has obtained a very rare opportunity to establish a complete aviation R & D and manufacturing system as compared with its combat effectiveness brought by the aircraft’s service. The JF-17 is fortunate to have not had a satisfactory LCA for more than two decades compared with neighboring India.
